How to create a new account?
1. Go to Positive Republic’s homepage
2. Click 'Create Account' which is located on the top right of the page.
3. Enter your first and last name followed by email and password then click 'Create'.
4. Check your email to activate your account.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Click here if you've forgotten your password or follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the Log-in / Registration page.
You'll receive an email at the address associated with your account. Not receiving the email? It's possible there's a typo in your email address in our system, or a different email is associated with your account. Reach out to us with your shipping address together with your first and last name so we can fix it.

Can I add, edit or delete an address?
Yes, you can add, edit or remove your saved addresses by following the steps below:
1. Visit 'My Account' while logged into your account.
2. Click 'View Addresses'.
3. Edit or remove your saved addresses here.
4. Click 'Add A New Address' to enter your new address.
5. Make sure you save the newly added address by clicking 'Add Address' at the end of the page. You'll also be able to indicate your default addresses for your subscription shipping and store orders.
6. To edit an existing address, click 'Edit' below the address you wish to edit and save the changes by clicking 'Update Address'.
7. To delete an address, go to the address you want to delete and click 'Delete' followed by 'OK'. The address will be deleted.
Can I edit my name in My Account?
You're unable to make changes to the name on your account once you have entered it when you created the account. However, you can change the name on your shipping address by updating your address.

How can I make changes to my order?
Simply email us at email@example.com within 12 hours after placing your order. Be sure to include your order number! We'll see how we can assist you to make changes to your order.
How do I know you have received my order?
Once you've placed an order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email which will contain your order number. This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight!
Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
How can I track my order?
You're able to track your orders at the Track Orders page. Enter the tracking number and hit the 'Track' button.
You'll also receive your tracking information for each order via email. It may take up to 3 days before we send you the tracking information. Tracking information will be available when we ship your products.

Can I cancel my order?

What is the payment method available?
We accept payments with PayPal Express Checkout.
What does payment review mean?
If your order has gone into payment review, it means the order may have failed. If money has been taken from your account and you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you can.
What can I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details.
We will check your order and if it’s our fault sending the incorrect item, we will make a refund or send the correct item to you. The shipping and charges will be on us.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
We'll take any product back within 30 days of your purchase. If you'd like to make a return, contact us at with your Order Number and name of the item(s) you'd like to send back.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally for the moment. We're currently offering shipping only within the US.
What are the shipping methods available?
The shipping method currently available is Standard Shipping for all orders.
How long does shipping normally take?
Some of our products are printed upon receiving your orders, therefore it will take about 3 days to get ready your products before shipping. Then we need to add shipping times on top of that. For U.S. orders, it usually takes 3 - 5 business days to deliver the products to your doorsteps.
Positive Republic partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the latest products with best prices. It means that your order will sometimes be shipped from global areas in several parcels even though the items are placed in one order. Your items may take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive since we ship directly from our partners outside the U.S. Therefore, please do not panic if your item does not show up several days after you placed the order.
The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals such as Christmas Day.

Yes. We offer free shipping within the U.S.
Where do I enter my discount code?
You should enter the discount code during checkout to get discount for the products you have purchased.
How can I tell if my discount code was applied?
You will see the discounted price be displayed at the checkout page after entering your discount code.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No. You can only use ONE discount code at a time for each order. The number of usage for each discount code is depend on the terms and conditions for each promotional campaign.
